What you are buying
A profile or a seat on an account we keep, or your own individual account when the plan says so. Each plan states exactly what it includes before you pay. We are an independent reseller: we are not any of the platforms shown here, nor affiliated with them.
How you receive it
Once your payment is confirmed, your access appears in your private portal — email, password and PIN when it applies. Nothing is sent through chats.
Renewal
Plans run monthly or yearly. Your portal warns you before the date and renews with one button. Nothing is charged automatically without you doing it.
If something fails
Report it from your portal with one tap and we replace the account. Replacement is included in the price.
Prices and charges
Prices are set in quetzales (GTQ) and that is the currency you are charged in. Dollar prices are a reference: if your card is from another country, your bank converts the charge at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee.
Your data
We keep your email, phone and order history to deliver and support your service. We do not sell it and we never ask for card numbers.
